After the successful launch of the first 4 editions of the Master in 2006/7/8, the Italian Chamber of Commerce for the United Kingdom is organizing the fifth Master in Hospitality and Hotel Management to be held in London from October 2009.

The aim of the course is to offer a limited group of participants the key for embarking on or consolidating an outstanding career in the Hospitality field. All candidates will be trained through an intensive course (200 hours, Monday to Saturday) that will make them readily employable.

The Master will involve the participation of professionals who have worked at length in international hotels and restaurants, and who are therefore able to provide a global view of the sector which is not limited to the Italian context alone.

Case-studies, testimonials and a programme of targeted visits will complement the classroom activities.
